What's the lesson learnt from having to rush out TWiki-4.0.1 just 6 days later?
None. And if so you probably would want to hear it anyway ... mostly because you already know the ``release early -- release often'' mantra. Now bugs roll in mostly in nasty chunks of things that simply dropped below the radar. That's good! Not the fact that there are bugs. There will always be some. Bugs you don't know are worse because you can't fix them. It is good to have proven reactivity by coming up with a fix quickly. That has not been so in the past for TWiki in any case. There have been disturbing bugs in earlier releases that simply weren't fixed. Honestly, I hope that we can force the pace of the next (maintenance) releases.

Here is your full announcment of TWiki-4.0.1.
