That's exactly what I am currently working on. The blog plugin is being rewritten using the new TWikiWorkbench approach and the ClassificationPlugin to provide hierarchical categories. SubjectCategories in BlogPlugin will be renamed to "Channels" as this is more reflecting what to use the categories for in a blog.There are some more applications that will go into that TWikiBundle.
